The former-CSI actor was charged with possessing oxycodone after crashing into two parked cars in June. He could have faced up to six months in jail if he were convicted.
However, he escaped with just a $100 fine after pleading no contest to one count of disturbing the peace, while the possession charge was dropped altogether. A separate charge for drug paraphernalia possession was also dismissed, reports TMZ.
The Los Angeles City Attorney is believed to have dropped the charges because Dourdan has completed 20 hours of Narcotics Anonymous following the incident.
Dourdan was given a three-year restraining order against his ex-girlfriend in December, after he was arrested on suspicion of battery charges.
Dourdan starred on CSI as investigator Warrick Brown for nine seasons, but exited the series in 2008.
