His Italian accent has made him a housewives' favourite, but could all that be about to change for Gino D'Acampo?

Of course not! Napoli's finest has jokingly outed himself as being a Cockney in a spoof behind-the-scenes video from the This Morning set.

In the video, which sees hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby discussing how the daytime magazine show provides informative facts while remaining fun, the chef is heard speaking on his mobile - supposedly revealing his real accent...
