A friend of the couple has alleged that married rapper Fat Joe - real name Joseph Antonio Cartagena - has been carrying on a year-long romance with a woman from Dubai.
Lorena reportedly learned about her husband's alleged infidelity when she found a photo of Fat Joe and the other woman on his phone, according to The YBF.
Her friend added to the website: "Lorena is fine and well at this point and as stressful as the situation has been for her, she has a lot of peace with just raising her daughter."
Fat Joe and Lorena Cartagena have not commented on this report.
The couple are parents to 5-year-old daughter Azariah and Fat Joe also has two older children from a prior relationship.
Fat Joe and Terror Squad scored a US number one hit in 2005 with their single 'Lean Back'.
