The Australian actor, who married Kozlowski 25 years ago after they met as the leading stars in Crocodile Dundee, said that she looks "absolutely gorgeous" since she dyed her hair darker and shed some weight on a strict exercise regime.
Hogan told Woman's Day magazine: "She's always been too good for me and now it's even worse. She is absolutely gorgeous. She knocks my socks off - she really does. But the only problem is, with her looking like that, no-one is asking me about my gorgeous figure!"
Kozlowski said that she has lost weight through dancing, saying: "I feel so happy when I dance and it has really helped me get in shape. I would say to any woman who is looking to get in her best shape, 'Put on some music and just dance around!'"
Admitting that she "hate[s] going to gyms", Kozlowski said that women don't need to get worried about what other people think or find exercise "embarrassing". She also said that finding a healthier alternative for favourite foods is a "huge step in the right direction".
Hogan has previously been accused of evading Australian tax payments, but all charges against him were dropped in 2010. Kozlowski said of the accusations at the time: "[It has caused] a lot of stress. It's like being held hostage. It's sick."
