The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who recently relocated to Texas with basketballer husband Lamar Odom, will host a commercial-free, daily show called The Mix Up with Khloe on Mix 102.9 from noon to 1pm CST starting Monday, January 30.
Writing on her official website, she said: "I could not be more thrilled about it! Doing radio in Miami a few years ago was some of the most fun I've ever had and I can't wait to get back into it here in Dallas!
"You all know that I love to talk LOL, so this is the perfect gig for me. I can't wait to get started! (sic)"
A press release announcing the radio show this week said it would feature Kardashian chatting with listeners, taking requests and talking with her celebrity friends.
Kardashian moved to Dallas after Odom was traded by the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks.
The couple will return to E! for the second season of their reality show Khloe & Lamar on Sunday, February 19, with Kardashian recently telling fans that the series will focus on their move.
She said: "The move definitely plays a huge part in the show, and as you'll see it was definitely an adjustment for everyone. But no matter what, at the end of the day, Lam and I have each other and that's all that matters."
