The Australian cricketer, who was rumoured to have undergone various cosmetic procedures after getting together with actress Liz Hurley last year, was mocked in the men's publication for changing his image so drastically.
Zoo editor Tim Keen told The Daily Telegraph: "Warnie's woeful makeover sealed the deal. He's a bloke who went from eating baked beans to being the same colour as them. He looks like Teri Hatcher's stunt double.
"We're all for punching above your weight, but you've got to go in the ring with the same body you had at the weigh-in."
Radio presenter Kyle Sandilands was also mentioned for his recent outburst at News.com.au journalist Alison Stephenson, in which he described her as a "fat slag" and threatened to "hunt her down".
Past Zoo 'Un-Australians of the Year' include WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and movie director Baz Luhrmann. The award is given to the Australian who, in the opinion of the magazine, brings the most shame and ridicule to their country.
