Ajay Rochester 'horrified to be labelled 'Worst Beach Body'

Ajay Rochester said that she wanted to die "a thousand deaths" when she saw herself in a bikini in a magazine recently.

The former Biggest Loser host, who is currently taking part in celebrity weight loss show Excess Baggage, said that she was very embarrassed when her son Kai didn't even realise it was her who had been included in a list of 'Worst Beach Bodies' in a US magazine.

Rochester wrote in a one-off article for Woman's Day magazine: "It took a few seconds... time stood still... I looked a little closer at the fat spilling out over the bikini bottom. That fat celebrity with the worst beach body of all time was me! Oh my god! I am on the cover of a magazine, the fattest I have been in years!"

The star said that when she showed the picture to Kai, he sympathised but didn't actually realise who it was. She said that he looked at her, saying: "Why do they do that, that poor person. Imagine how they feel."

Rochester said that eventually it "hit him" that the woman in the bikini photographs was actually his mother and she managed to laugh, but really wanted to cry.

However, the TV host insisted that she has put a "positive" spin on the magazine article, saying: "I determine that these pictures will be my motivation to work even harder than I already have. My next US cover shot will be me smoking hot in a new smoking hot teeny-weeny bikini."
