Liam Neeson: 'I have considered becoming a Muslim'

Liam Neeson has revealed that he has considered converting to Islam.
The Grey star confessed that he became inspired by Muslim custom and practices while shooting a project in Istanbul, Turkey and would consider practising the religion himself in future.
Neeson told The Sun: "The Call to Prayer happens five times a day and for the first week it drives you crazy, and then it just gets into your spirit and it's the most beautiful, beautiful thing.
"There are 4,000 mosques in the city. Some are just stunning and it really makes me think about becoming a Muslim."
Neeson went on to reveal that while he was raised to follow the Catholic faith, he has never accepted religion without scrutiny and is constantly questioning the beliefs he's been taught over the years.
"I was reared a Catholic but I think every day we ask ourselves, not consciously, what are we doing on this planet? What's it all about? I'm constantly reading books on God or the absence of God and atheism," he said.
