Sloane gave birth to a baby daughter named Maxwell Lue last Thursday (January 19), according to People.
The couple described Maxwell as a "sweet little girl" and added in a statement: "We thought we knew what love was until we met her."
Sloane married Hollywood agent Rollins in 2004.
The actress first announced her pregnancy in August 2011, declaring at the time: "We're so excited."
Sloane has starred in the television series Psych and Weeds and has also appeared in the films A Good Old Fashioned Orgy and Bring It On.
