Sandi Thom has been forced to take time off from her hectic schedule after collapsing from exhaustion.
The 'I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker' singer was planning to make a live television appearance but fainted minutes before filming started.
A representative for the star told Contactmusic: "Sandi has been working so hard to break America and the UK that her body literally couldn't take any more punishment."
"The doctor has insisted she take a few days off at home with her guitar to recover. She will be fine after that, though," the spokesperson assured.
