Lohan sells luxury Hollywood apartment

Lindsay Lohan has opted to put her luxury condo back on the market without ever having lived in it.

The actress bought the three-bedroom apartment in a swish complex situated in West Hollywood just last year for £1 million, but spent her time in LA staying at the Chateau Marmont hotel.

Now the 20-year-old is asking £1.5 million for the property, People magazine reports.

A local estate agent commented: "It was an investment. She'll make a nice turnaround."
