Moore was rushed to hospital on Monday night after collapsing at her home.
Alley, who is friends with Moore, insisted that the 49-year-old will pull through.
"Demi is a smart, insightful girl and she will work through it," Alley told People.
"I have no doubts. I love Demi. She'll work it out," she added.
Moore filed for divorce from Ashton Kutcher in November, following allegations that Kutcher had been unfaithful.
