Selma Blair selling Hollywood home for $1.78m

Selma Blair is selling her West Hollywood home.
The Cruel Intentions star has listed her Los Angeles house on the property market for $1.78 million (£1.13 million), according to a listing on property website realtor.com.
The move comes after Blair gave birth to her first child, Arthur, in July last year.

The 39-year-old's bungalow has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is located next to the famous Sunset Strip.
The value of Blair's property has risen, as according to public records, she bought the accommodation for $1.315 million (£834,000) in 2004.
Blair's house was built in 1922, and measures in at around 2,900 square feet. The listing adds that it has been "extensively renovated in contemporary fashion" and that the interior has a "clean minimalist design."
