Nick Carter, Aaron Carter sister Leslie Carter dies, aged 25

The aspiring singer passed away at age 25 on Tuesday (January 31) in Upstate New York, according to Access Hollywood.
A cause of death has not yet been released and the Carter family have asked for privacy following their family tragedy.
The Carters said in a statement: "Our family is grieving right now and it's a private matter. We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter and granddaughter Leslie Carter. We request the utmost privacy during this difficult time."

Leslie was the mother of a 10-month-old daughter, whom she had with her husband of four years.
The 25-year-old is perhaps best known for her 2001 single 'Like Wow!', which received airplay in the US when it was included on the Shrek soundtrack.
She most recently performed with the group The Other Half, but the band split in 2009.
