The pair split in 2010 after he accused her of cheating on him.
Croft then claimed to have spent Katona's fortune and was accused of ransacking her home before the Celebrity Big Brother star obtained a court order banning him from contacting her.

The former couple have since reached a "comprehensive agreement" over the custody of their children Heidi and Max.
"We get on brilliantly now. He sees the kids every other weekend and we've become friends again," Katona told the Daily Star Sunday.
"I always hoped this would happen. I get on better with him than I do with Brian [McFadden]. At least Mark sees his kids more often."
She had previously called Croft a "pr*ck" and accused him of mentally abusing her during their marriage.
Katona was recently said to be planning her wedding to part-time artist and warehouse worker Steve Alce, who she has been dating for four months.
