Kerry Katona dumps Max Clifford

Kerry Katona has reportedly dumped her agent Max Clifford.

Clifford took Katona on last year after she was dropped by Can Associates. He helped secure her Celebrity Big Brother appearance which saved her from bankruptcy.

However, the reality star has now hired Martin O'Shea, who was her agent while she was in Atomic Kitten, and asked him to email Clifford on Friday to inform him of the news.



Clifford had arranged lucrative magazine deals and a slot on This ­Morning as a Dancing On Ice expert for Katona, as well as setting up a starring role in a TV show and getting her signed to an acting casting agency.

"To say he is livid is an under­statement. Kerry's behaviour is a real slap in the face. He has treated her like a daughter and after all he's done for her she couldn't even be bothered to pick up and phone and talk it through," a source told the Sunday Mirror.

It was recently reported that Atomic Kitten are in talks to reform as part of a new TV show, following Katona teasing a reunion last year.

Katona originally fired Clifford back in 2008 after he raised concerns about her excessive drinking.
