The LA Galaxy star, who welcomed baby girl Harper Seven with wife Victoria Beckham last year, got into a heated argument with a referee over a penalty.
The incident occurred when Beckham's 7-year-old son Romeo was taken out of the game after a foul.
Beckham confronted the referee, and after a heated verbal argument, received a red card and was kicked off the premises.
"The kids are seven years old and he sent the kid off," Beckham explained during last night's appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show. "I was like, 'Come on, he's seven, referee, you can't send him off'."
Along with his football career, Beckham has continued to do ad campaigns, most recently for an H&M bodywear line.
