Karl Lagerfeld says Adele is "too fat", Lana del Rey is "not bad"

Karl Lagerfeld has labelled Adele "a little too fat", but praised her voice and "beautiful face" while guest editing a newspaper.
When asked for his thoughts about Lana Del Rey, the head of legendary fashion house Chanel said that while he has no problem with the 'Video Games' singer, there are several other female artists he prefers to listen to.
"I prefer Adele and Florence Welch [to Del Rey]. But as a modern singer, she is not bad," Lagerfeld explained to Metro New York during his stint as guest editor of the publication today (February 6).
"The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice. Lana del Rey is not bad at all. She looks very much like a modern-time singer. In her photos she is beautiful. Is she a construct with all her implants? She's not alone with implants."
Lagerfeld also spoke out on M.I.A.'s recent Super Bowl controversy, in which she gave the middle finger to the camera while performing as part of Madonna's halftime show.
"Nowadays people give the middle finger quite quickly - it's not the best behaviour. Everybody does that, what's new about that? It's just become a bad habit. People in magazines are 50% bimbo and 50% pregnant women," he said.
