Beyoncé makes first appearance since Blue Ivy pregnancy - pictures

Beyoncé made her first post-pregnancy appearance to celebrate husband Jay-Z's two-night stint at New York's Carnegie Hall last night (February 6).



The 30-year-old singer, who gave birth to Blue Ivy exactly one month ago, looked glamorous in a red figure-hugging Alice Temperley dress and Christian Louboutin heels as she supported Jay-Z, who performed on stage with a 36-piece orchestra.



The 42-year-old rapper and producer was also joined by Alicia Keys for a rendition of 'Empire State of Mind' and later dedicated 'Glory' to his newborn daughter, telling the audience: "Put a hand in the air for Blue!"

The concerts are to raise money for the United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.
