The Dark Knight Rises' Tom Hardy has shrugged off suggestions that he became unhappy on Jonathan Ross's chat show.
The BAFTA-award winning actor said that he hopes viewers are not confused by his behaviour on The Jonathan Ross Show this weekend.

Hardy told The Sun: "I heard that someone thinks I was really genuinely upset with Jonathan Ross. Not at all.
"It was funny as hell and embarrassing yes, but I was in on the gag and winding Jonathan up to put him in an awkward seat for a laugh."
Meanwhile, the star also refuted a source's claim that he was irked by being unable to discuss his upcoming movie role as Bane in Christopher Nolan's Batman sequel.
"No-one on the Batman unit can utter a word about the film. Me and Jonny were messing around," he went on.
Finally, poking fun at his appearance in 2006 horror film Minotaur, Hardy added: "I'm sorry if people got the wrong impression and feel that I was an asshole. If people want a good laugh at me desperately trying to get up the ladder, tell them to watch Minotaur. That's a pile of s**t."
The Jonathan Ross Show's Tom Hardy interview airs this Saturday at 9pm on ITV1.
