Jamelia: "I never ever go to the gym"

Jamelia has admitted that she never visits the gym to maintain her figure despite having had two children.

The pop singer has revealed that she was asked to record a fitness video during her pregnancy last year, but turned the offer down as she hated the thought of exercising that much.

She told The Sun: “Someone offered me an obscene amount of money for me to do a fitness video while I was pregnant. Let me get one thing straight, I’ve got no ambition to ever do a calendar shoot or be on the front page of a newspaper in a bikini, and I never ever go to the gym."

The 25-year-old added: “If I did a fitness video it would mean that I’d really have to work out and I’d have to look as if I’d been going to the gym. So I turned it down. I said, ‘I’m ever so sorry but there is no amount of money you could offer me to go and do a fitness video.’”
