Whitney Houston: A life in pictures

Whitney Houston passed away in Los Angeles yesterday (February 11) at the age of 48.
Since being signed by Clive Davis at 19, Houston went on to sell over 170 million albums, win six Grammy Awards and star in various films including 1992's Oscar-nominated The Bodyguard.
From signature song 'I Will Always Love You to defining hits such as 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)' and 'Saving All My Love for You', Houston will be remembered as one of the greatest singers of her generation.
