Alexandra Burke: 'I'm too busy to muck about with boys'

Alexandra Burke has said that she is too busy to "muck about" with boys.
The former X Factor winner told Metro that she did not have time for casual relationships.
"I was dating this guy - an older guy - last year and I wanted more from it," she said. "He didn't. He just wanted to date and I was like, 'Oh, that's interesting!'
"Obviously there was an elephant in the room because he didn't want to talk about it and wasn't bringing it up."
She added: "I was waiting for him to make the move and instead, in the end, I brought it up and ended the whole thing.

"I thought if this isn't going to go anywhere, why are we wasting our time? I'm not in it for the fun factor. If I am seeing someone, I'm like, maybe it will go somewhere.
"He didn't want to talk about where we go from here. I'm too busy to muck about. I was like, 'Talk to me'. I didn't not want to know and worry about something - nope, that's not my flavour."
Burke reportedly split from her childhood friend and then-boyfriend Nicholas Sagar in January 2011.
Last year, the singer revealed that she had been physically abused by an ex-boyfriend when she was a teenager.
