Michael Jackson has been staying at a luxury castle in Ireland for the last three months.

The 48-year-old fallen star is reportedly paying £20,000 a week to stay at the exclusive Luggala Castle in County Wicklow, enjoying being waited upon by personal chefs, cleaners and butlers.

The Daily Mirror has calculated that, including staff costs, the singer has spend £240,000 on the break so far - despite still owing an estimated £25 million for his court cases.

Stars including Mel Gibson and Orlando Bloom have previously rented the seven-bedroom stately home which is decked out with fine art and set in five acres of gardens.

Jackson has been spotted taking his children to the cinema in the area and eating in local restaurants.
