Justin Bieber visits 6-year-old cancer patient 'Mrs Bieber' - picture

Justin Bieber paid a visit to a young fan battling cancer on Monday (February 13).
The 'Never Say Never' singer flew 6-year-old Avalanna Routh - who is battling a rare form of brain cancer called AT/RT - and her family to New York to meet him after learning that she is a big fan.
Bieber posted pictures of their time together on his Twitter account, writing: "Hangin out with a special little girl. #MrsBieber (sic)."

He later added: "That was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now!"
Routh - who says her favourite Bieber song is 'Baby' - earned the nickname 'Mrs Bieber' after she was awarded a pretend wedding to the teenage singer courtesy of The Jimmy Fund last year.
She told the Dennis & Callahan Show this morning that the pair had played Candy Land together and the singer "couldn't have been nicer".
