Thom Yorke and Editors to play at awards

Thom Yorke and the Editors have been signed to give live performances at tomorrow's Mercury Music Prize.

The artists will play with fellow nominees Guillemots, Hot Chip and Zoe Rahman at the ceremony for the prestigious award.

The other nominees hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year's victors Antony and The Johnsons are: Arctic Monkeys, Isobel Campbell, Muse, Lou Rhodes, Richard Hawley, Scritti Politti and Sway.
