The rapper allegedly has $51,000 (£32,300) worth of bills to clear following electric work, framing and moulding.
Southern Electric told Georgia Superior Court that the star refused to pay the exact amount of $51,941 and filed legal papers citing a breach of contract, reports TMZ.
According to the lawsuit, the organisation completed over $344,000 (£218,000) worth of work on his mansion and despite contacting his mother in November - who acted as his agent in the deal - they have made no progress.
The 38-year-old's $1.65 million (£1.04m) property is a four-bedroom, eight-bathroom abode, set over two storeys.
Representatives for the musician, whose real name is Aliaune Thiam, have yet to respond.
