Kardashian announced her pregnancy in November, with the reality star saying at the time that she, Disick and their son Mason were "thrilled to be expanding the love in [their] family".

A friend of the couple later claimed that they were expecting a baby girl, which Kardashian confirmed on Wednesday (February 22).
She told E! Online: "We feel so blessed to be having a little girl and to be able to share this new experience with Mason."
Disick and Kardashian welcomed their 2-year-old son Mason in December 2009.
Kardashian previously revealed that she's had trouble eating since she became pregnant again late last year.
"I'm just eating whatever I can... Whatever I can tolerate," she joked at the time.
The reality star is due to give birth to her daughter in the spring.
