Paula Abdul has agreed to settle a lawsuit filed by a woman who alleged that she fell over and was injured on the star's driveway.
The former American Idol panelist - who was also recently axed from her spot on The X Factor USA's judging panel - has agreed to pay Jill Kohl $900,000 (£574,319) in damages.

Kohl claimed that she fell over during a recording of Abdul's reality show Hey Paula back in 2009.
Abdul's lawyer Robert Rodriguez Clayton told TMZ that the production company who made the show will pay Kohl a further $100,000 (£63,813).
It has also been reported that Abdul has put her California home on the market for just under $1.9 million (GBP1.2millon).
The listing on realtor.com describes the 4,697 square-foot mansion in Sherman Oaks as a "celebrity-owned gated estate", with five bedrooms set over two storeys.
Abdul confirmed last month that she was leaving The X Factor USA, describing her time on the show as "a blessing" for which she was "most grateful".
It was also reported at the start of the year that Abdul had secretly split with boyfriend Jeff Bratton in November 2011.
