Charlie Sheen ex Brooke Mueller charged with cocaine possession

Brooke Mueller has been charged with cocaine possession for an incident relating to her Aspen trip last year.
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife was caught with what was thought to be over four grams of the drug on her in the Colorado skiing destination on December 2 last year.

Prosecutors have charged Mueller twice – for possession of two different amounts of cocaine - in an attempt to ensure she gets some kind of punishment, according to TMZ.
She has been charged with one count of possessing more than four grams of cocaine, but also faces a second charge of possessing under four grams of cocaine in case there is a discrepancy with the measurement. There are also differing lengths of sentence for the two offences.
If Mueller is found guilty of intent to distribute under four grams of the drug she could serve 18 months in prison.
If it turns out that she was carrying more than that amount, she could spend up to six years in prison.
On the night of Mueller's arrest she was also charged with assaulting a woman and causing bodily injury, two years after Sheen was taken in by Apsen police for assaulting her at a property they owned in the same vacation region.
