The Michael Jackson Estate is now open to sell the property at a time of its choosing, in order to buy a new home for the late singer's mother Katherine Jackson and Michael's children Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.

However, the Estate does not want to sell the property at the moment because it is currently in the middle of extensive renovation work, TMZ claims.

The executors have also been given permission to invest $30 million (£19.1 million) into the Jackson Family Trust for Katherine, Paris, Blanket and Prince Michael, in addition to charities that the entertainer supported.

On Thursday (February 23), Michael Jackson's father Joe had a wrongful death case thrown out of court, after a judge decided to only work with Katherine's case which was filed first.
