Alistair McGowan takes a step for Fairtrade - video

You may best know Alistair McGowan when he's being someone else, but here we find him as himself in the kitchen.

When he starts pouring out some sugar, he notices that all-important special ingredient. A Fairtrade label.



McGowan's doing the Fairtrade Step to mark the launch of Fairtrade Fortnight from February 27 to March 11.

He's encouraging us all to take a step for Fairtrade, and on the full-length video, you can see other stars including Jessica Hynes, Simon Webbe, Kate Walsh and Made In Chelsea's Cheska doing the same.

Other stars who have supported fairtrade initiatives in the past have included comedian Harry Hill and Harry Potter actress Emma Watson.
