The Australian model and former wife of cricketer Shane Warne said that she loves the "peace and quiet" that the four-bedroom home on the Mornington Peninsula offers, but admitted that she doesn't get to visit it enough any more.
The house, which Callahan reportedly hopes to get $1.65 million (£1.12 million) for, boasts a tennis court, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, Peninsula views and a self-contained guest house.
She told The Daily Telegraph: "The peace and quiet is the best part. I don't get out here as much as I would like to, it's hard with the kids during school and with weekend sports and activities, but over the school holidays we pretty much live down here."
The property is believed to be where Callahan and Warne reconciled after a brief separation in 2008. They later split again before he got together with Liz Hurley. Callahan is now dating model Toby Roberts.
Clahane was first put on the market in March 2010, priced at $2 million (£1.35 million).
