Hollywood stars who didn't grace the red carpet at the 84th Academy Awards last night flocked instead to Elton John's 20th annual Oscar viewing party.

Those in attendance at the celebratory bash, which Elton throws each year to raise money for his AIDS Foundation, included Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford, reality TV star Kim Kardashian, singer Katy Perry, Glee's Matthew Morrison, and True Blood's Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer...
