The 27-year-old newly-single star, who partied at Elton John's annual Oscar viewing bash in Hollywood on Sunday night, has been styled by Karl Templer and shot in black-and-white by photographer Mikael Jansson for the publication, founded by artist Andy Warhol in 1969.
