Katie Price, Natasha Giggs make 'Celebrity Mum of the Year' shortlist

Victoria Beckham, Amanda Holden and Natasha Giggs will compete to be named 'Celebrity Mum of the Year 2012' by a bingo company.

The trio are among the 18 famous faces who received enough public nominations to make the shortlist, announced today.

Last year's winner Stacey Solomon, Holly Willoughby, Katie Price, Charlotte Church, Danielle Lloyd and Denise Welch also feature.

Speaking about her triumph last year, Solomon said the award was "such a pleasure": "I never ever thought I'd win something like that and it's one of the nicest awards to be given."

Others nominated include Natalie Cassidy, Abbey Clancy, Nicola McLean, Kym Marsh, MP Louise Mensch, Jennifer Ellison and pregnant Peaches Geldof.

Rounding off the shortlist are Prime Minister David Cameron's wife Samantha and The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Sims.

Voting for closes tomorrow, March 2.. The winner will be announced later this month, ahead of Mother's Day.
