Corrie's Craig to voice Peter Pan

Coronation Street actor Richard Fleeshman has turned to Disney after leaving the street.

The 17-year-old left the ITV soap last week after filming his last scenes, and went straight into recording for the role of Peter Pan. He voices the part for a Disney on Ice version of the fairytale.

He said of his experience: “It was really hard work alone in a recording studio but I want to be versatile and try different things while I’m young.”

He also did not rule out a return to the cobbles of Weatherfield in the future, adding: “Who knows? Craig hasn’t died and it would be lovely to go back as they long as they wanted me.”
