With famous faces from Prince Harry to John Bishop and Olly Murs to The Saturdays getting involved in the upcoming charity weekend, members of the public are being encouraged to join in with their local Sport Relief Mile on Sunday, March 25.
Wigan Warriors star Tomkins said: "I'm not in the habit of taking my clothes off but I'm making an exception for Sport Relief. I've played some really fierce rugby and have been involved in some really tough tackles, but nothing compares with the terror of bearing all in the buff!
"Still the boys and I have really enjoyed today and hope that we can encourage people to take part in the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile on Sunday 25th March and the Super League themed round later in the month."
Also doing their bit - while wearing only the Sport Relief socks - were players including Leeds Rhinos' Kallum Watkins and Kylie Leuluai, Salford City Reds duo Vinnie Anderson and Joel Moon, Warrington Wolves' Ryan Atkins and Ben Harrison Wilkins, and Wilkin's St Helen's teammate Paul Wellens.
