Babyshambles: We're not "unreliable sods"

Babyshambles have spoken out about their new record deal, and insist they have turned a corner in their attitudes.

The band recently signed to Parlophone, and will make an EP by way of introduction to the new company. They did not submit a demo to the label, but insist this will not affect their work ethic in the future.

Drummer Adam Ficek told the NME: "We're just seeing if we like the label and vice-versa. But it's amazing really, we're made up about them signing us for the EP because they didn't even hear a demo. It's frightening when you consider we're such an unreliable bunch of sods. But we're not like that any more, so that's cool."
