The Australian supermodel, who has been announced as an Earth Hour global ambassador for the second year in a row, will run the class as part of the annual environmental campaign.
The 'I Will If You Will' campaign aims to encourage people to switch off their lights and set a personal challenge to help save the planet.
The first 500 people to upload their own challenge on Earth Hour's YouTube page will be given a pass to Kerr's class in Sydney later this year.
Kerr told AAP: "I hope my first challenge inspires my friends, family and fans to make their own promise for the environment. I believe that everyone has the power to change the world that we live in.
"If we all adopt simple practices like recycling, switching to energy-efficient lighting or paperless banking then we can make a difference together."
The first-ever Earth Hour started in Sydney in 2006 and last year reached 1.8 billion people in 135 countries across all seven continents. This year's event will take place on Saturday, March 31.
