JLS star JB Gill has revealed that he recently bought a tractor.

The 'Proud' singer, who is in the boyband with Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams and Marvin Humes, said that he enjoys spending time at his country house in his spare time and wants to be a "proper" farmer one day.

Gill told The Sun of the John Deere tractor: "It's amazing, one of my favourite ever buys."

He also revealed that he is applying for a licence to turn his land into a fully-operating farm with livestock in the fields, adding: "The farm is a business investment as well as a hobby.

"I love the outdoors, it gets me away from the city and the mayhem that comes from being in a band. I want pigs, cows, chickens, sheep - the lot. I'm going to be a proper farmer."

JLS kicked off their '4th Dimension' arena tour earlier this week, but bandmate Merrygold was rushed to hospital after a backflip on stage went wrong during a performance. Humes described it as "pretty nasty".
