'Apprentice' stars split after miscarriage

Apprentice stars Michelle Dewberry and Syed Ahmed have split up weeks after they lost their baby.

The pair met on the BBC Two reality television show and got together in a whirlwind romance after Dewberry, 26, won the competition.

She had been pregnant with Ahmed's child, but suffered a miscarriage just weeks ago. “They have split up," a source close to the woman told The Sun. "Whether that is permanent or not, they just don’t know yet.”

Ahmed confirmed the news. “We’ve tried to support each other, but when you lose a baby things change," he commented. “We have got to the point where staying together is causing more problems.”
