A tape was posted online earlier this week which featured the X Factor judge performing oral sex on the grime artist, real name Justin Edwards.
Contostavlos later confirmed the video's authenticity in a YouTube video statement, stating that she was "heartbroken" by Edwards's actions.
Sources close to Edwards have now claimed that he may have filmed her on other occasions and may intend to release them in the future, reports The Mirror.
The singer reportedly told her friends: "This is the most humiliating experience of my entire life - I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
"I'm hurt, angry and embarrassed and people feel like it's okay to now talk about me in the most disgusting terms. I was so young when this happened - it makes it all that much worse."
Edwards later said on Twitter that he intends to "speak up" about the tape in the near future.
Simon Cowell has defended Contostavlos following the release of the tape, describing Edwards as a "scumbag".
