The singer was pulled over by police in Reseda, California at 12.20pm local time for talking on his cell phone while driving, reports TMZ.

Brown was taken to Van Nuys jail in Los Angeles, though he has since been bailed and his manager has confirmed to Access Hollywood that he is now at home.
