The basketball player, who split from Kardashian after only 72 days of marriage, is believed to be holding out in the hope of getting a larger cash settlement from the reality TV star.

Humphries and his lawyer already have a "generous" settlement in place, but are believed to be holding out on signing the paperwork because they think they could "get him even more money".
A source told E! Online: "Kris is dragging it out. Kim is ready to move on, but Kris is hoping that stretching it out will get him even more money.

The insider said of rumours that Humphries has demanded $7 million (£4.4 million) from Kardashian in exchange for his silence: "Kim never considered signing something like that.
"Kris can't take the time to consider [her] offer, but he finds time to do an interview with a tabloid magazine. There is a fair offer on the table but he just won't sign it."
