The Essex duo will perform at an Easter fair next Sunday (April 8), as the not-for-profit organisation continues to fundraise for the sick and mistreated animals for which it cares.
"So excited to have @2shoesOfficial performing at @hopefield_essex Easter Event on April 8th! Hope you can all come out and support!" Lewis recently told Twitter followers.
2 Shoes - Lucy Texeira and Charley Bird - have previously thrown their support behind Hopefield. "I think it's really important to get behind the campaign for Hopefield Animal Sanctuary," Texeira said.
"I have got a passion for animals and they obviously need to be looked after. The sanctuary needs to raise some money to get some sheltering."
Pixie Lott has previously offered her support to the sanctuary, joining Lewis at its Christmas event in 2011.
Lewis, who celebrates her 27th birthday next week and is both a patron and trustee of the Brentwood sanctuary, has previously taken part in a five-mile walk and helped sell adoptions at the Christmas fête last year.
As well as the 2 Shoes performance, the open day - 12pm to 4pm on Sunday, April 8 - will also feature an Easter egg hunt, the Heart FM Angels and a special guest appearance from kids' favourite Peppa Pig.
