The former Playmate said that she was enjoying dinner with a friend when her 2-year-old son with Hank Baskett suddenly spoke in the language.
"We were at a friend's house for dinner, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, he speaks this sentence in Spanish," Wilkinson told People.
"I never expected it, and he's doing so good," she added. "I was so caught off-guard. I thought he was speaking baby. Now Hank and I are going to have to learn Spanish, but it's a good thing."
Wilkinson recently confirmed that she has landed a new reality show, titled Kendra On Top.
The reality star embarked on a nut and dried fruit diet with her family in January.
