Brook explained that during her pregnancy she kept up her busy social and work life, but has now reduced her commitments.
"Before I fell pregnant, I'd been living the life of a 22-year-old — going to clubs and flying to a different country every two weeks," she told Top Sante.
"When I fell pregnant, I thought I could do what I wanted, but my body let me know that wasn't the case. When I miscarried, I was devastated. It was the hardest lesson but, ultimately, a good one.
"Since the miscarriage, I've changed dramatically. I've reduced my workload, I'm eating more healthily and exercising more."
Brook hinted that she is now ready to get pregnant again in the near future following her lifestyle change.
"I don't want to leave it much longer. If I fell pregnant, I'd feel ready."
Kelly Brook said earlier this year that her relationship with Evans has strengthened after the miscarriage.
