The comedic actor is said to have given all rights to their Hollywood Hills home to the singer as part of their divorce settlement.
The pair bought the Los Angeles home for $6.5 million (£4.1m). Brand has not asked for half of the rights to the estates in an apparent attempt to sever all ties with the star.
According to TMZ, who obtained a quitclaim deed that Brand filed in California, he has no interest in the house they purchased while married.
He has claimed since the divorce announcement that he does not want any of Perry's money when their union ends.
The British star recently said that he is not dwelling on his failed marriage.
"You don't need to brush it off if you don't get it on you in the first place," he commented. "I don't have to let anything go. I don't hold on to anything negative. It's the same as zero-ness."
