The Australian comedian, who announced his engagement to writer Zoe Foster in January, said that it would be great to coincide the annual television awards ceremony with his big day in order to save some money.
Blake joked to the Herald Sun that he is thinking about bringing a priest with him to the event so that he could marry him and Foster on the red carpet.
He added: "There's free photographers, free food, free flowers, the more I think about it, the more sense it makes. We could perhaps do the wedding on the stairs on the way up and then get a free reception."
Blake is nominated for the prestigious Gold Logie award at this year's ceremony, but blamed "donkey voting" on him getting two nods while his comedy partner Andy Lee received no nominations.
He said: "I think if the show was Andy and Hamish [rather than Hamish and Andy], he would have got up instead."
Blake is up against breakfast television host Karl Stefanovic, Home and Away's Esther Anderson, comedian Adam Hills, Offspring actress Asher Keddie and The Project presenter Carrie Bickmore for the Gold Logie, but predicted that Hills or Stefanovic will take home the award.
